Certified General Appraiser – Data Center Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive and high-quality commercial real estate appraisals specifically for Data Center projects.

• Oversee personal workload, manage time effectively, track workflow, and update appraisal status.

• Engage in communication with BBG colleagues and clients to provide updates on appraisal progress.

• Participate in phone calls and video conferences with management, team members, and clients.

• Collaborate as part of a team on Data Center appraisal assignments.

• Travel independently across the country as necessary.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Eager to acquire and uphold professional designations.

• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team on Data Center appraisal projects.

• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise is preferred.

• Ability to manage personal time effectively and communicate workflow and appraisal status with colleagues and clients.

• Availability during all working hours for phone calls and video conferencing while working remotely.

• Capability to travel independently across the country.
