Certification Technician, Level 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Certify and evaluate HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at client locations

• Conduct minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations utilizing specialized tools

• Clearly and professionally communicate testing outcomes to clients

• Precisely document and upload testing data and related documentation

• Collaborate closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to assist with service schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory

• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 60%

• Strong emphasis on safety and meticulous attention to detail

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Technical proficiency with problem-solving capabilities

• Comfortable using computers and Windows-based software

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
