Certification Technician 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Certify and evaluate HEPA-filtered devices and cleanroom environments at client locations

• Conduct minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations utilizing specialized tools

• Clearly and professionally communicate testing outcomes to clients

• Precisely document and upload testing data and related documentation

• Collaborate closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to facilitate service schedules

• Acquire practical experience while working alongside senior technicians and enhancing skills to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom settings

• Promote safety, compliance, and customer assurance at every location

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 60%

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

• Technical skills with problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in using computers and Windows-based software

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team
