Certification Technician 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Certify and assess HEPA-filtered devices and cleanroom environments at client locations

• Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations utilizing specialized equipment

• Clearly and professionally communicate testing outcomes to clients

• Precisely document and upload testing data and related paperwork

• Collaborate closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to facilitate service schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 60%

• Strong safety orientation and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

• Technical proficiency with problem-solving skills

• Comfort with computers and Windows-based applications

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
