Certification Technician 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Certify and evaluate HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at client locations.

• Conduct minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations utilizing specialized tools.

• Clearly and professionally communicate testing outcomes to clients.

• Diligently record and upload testing data and related documentation.

• Collaborate closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to facilitate service schedules.

• Acquire hands-on experience alongside senior technicians while honing skills to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.

• A valid driver’s license with a commendable driving record.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 60% of the time.

• Strong safety awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• Technical proficiency with the capability to troubleshoot issues.

• Comfortable using computers and Windows-based applications.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
