Certification Technician 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Certify and test HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at customer locations.

• Conduct minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations utilizing specialized tools.

• Clearly and professionally communicate testing outcomes to clients.

• Precisely record and upload testing data and relevant documentation.

• Collaborate closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to facilitate service schedules.

• Acquire hands-on experience working alongside senior technicians while developing skills to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom environments.

• Assist in ensuring safety, compliance, and customer confidence at all supported sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 60% of the time.

• Strong focus on safety and keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Technical skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues.

• Proficiency in using computers and Windows-based software.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
