Certification Technician 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Certify and evaluate HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at client locations

• Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations utilizing specialized tools

• Clearly and professionally communicate testing results to clients

• Precisely record and upload testing data and relevant documentation

• Collaborate closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to facilitate service schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory

• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 60%

• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

• Technical proficiency with problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using computers and software based on Windows

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
