This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets with the financial and strategic backing of AIA.
• Develop an acquisition pipeline during the compensated Origination phase.
• Collaborate with AIA’s investment professionals throughout the due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring processes.
• Assume the role of CEO during a structured leadership transition.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee operations of the acquired company.
• Formulate and implement a growth plan focused on delivering value.
• Collaborate with AIA on governance, reporting, and compliance matters.
• Design and execute an exit strategy aimed at maximizing returns and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business.
• Engage in a comprehensive 15–17-week selection process that includes leadership assessments, interviews, a business case, an investment thesis, and a final presentation.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management position with direct responsibility for both sales and profitability.
• At least 10–15 years of professional experience post-undergraduate.
• Demonstrated success and in-depth expertise in a sector that aligns with AIA’s investment thesis and strategic goals.
• Experience across a range of business types, including corporates and SMEs.
• Resilience, resourcefulness, and the capability to navigate significant business challenges.
• Readiness to assume a leadership position with a clear vision for growth.
• A blend of humility, strong personal motivation, and an understanding of effective collaboration.
• Strong regional knowledge and fluency in the local language and business culture.
• A thorough understanding of the economy and a well-established network in the selected geography.
• Proficiency in business English will be evaluated during the application process.
• Willingness and eligibility to reside and work in the designated country/countries, as outlined in the application questions.
