CEO Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with business owners to create business plans, growth strategies, and actionable priorities.

• Assess revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and profitability to uncover areas for improvement.

• Recognize operational challenges and assist owners in implementing effective solutions.

• Guide owners through challenging decisions, question assumptions, and foster accountability.

• Support businesses in developing stronger systems, enhancing execution, and increasing long-term value.

• Cultivate relationships with business owners and help translate decisions into measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated operating experience as a CEO, President, COO, or similar senior operating executive.

• Direct responsibility for the company's overall profit and loss (P&L).

• Personally managed and expanded businesses with annual revenues ranging from approximately $500K to over $30M.

• Most of the operational and leadership experience should be with small to midsized businesses.

• Capability to engage in practical and straightforward conversations with business owners regarding strategy, financial performance, growth plans, and business challenges.

• Financial and strategic expertise encompassing pricing, margins, cash flow, personnel, and operations.

• Hands-on leadership with the ability to assist owners in prioritizing solutions, executing plans, and maintaining accountability for results.

• Must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA.
