
Central Regional Manager – On Premise National Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to assigned on-premise national accounts to optimize the potential of the Heaven Hill Brands portfolio.
• Achieve and surpass business plans and performance targets while addressing the requirements of key headquarters national chain accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with significant on-premise national accounts to meet distribution and sales objectives.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in national accounts and wholesaler national account teams.
• Create account-specific strategies, plans, programs, priorities, and needs assessments.
• Engage with assigned accounts and sustain relationships across various organizational functions.
• Track chain account performance, including depletions, shipments, pricing, and promotional materials.
• Formulate, communicate, and execute national strategic initiatives and brand priorities.
• Design and implement programs for designated key headquarters accounts.
• Establish account-level metrics to assess program potential and post-program volume/share enhancements.
• Report progress on initiatives.
• Discover new business and distribution opportunities.
• Keep management informed of evolving competitive landscapes.
• Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, operate a computer, and reach with hands and arms.
• Lift and/or transport up to 20 pounds.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven (7) years of sales experience, with a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated success in managing large national chains, preferably in an on-premise setting.
• A minimum of three (3) years of National Account supplier experience in the distilled spirits/wine industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect data from diverse sources and present it to various audiences.
• Professional and effective presentation abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while ensuring quality and adhering to various deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while keeping senior management apprised of concerns, changes, and developments.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter.
• Customer-focused approach with negotiation and business expansion capabilities.
• Strong, fluent, and up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with syndicated and consumer data (Nielsens).
• Proficient in distributor databases for business communication and analytics.
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for delivering customer and personal services.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
• Frequent travel is required.
• A valid Driver’s License is necessary.
