Central Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee initial and continuous study Risk Management efforts.

• Engage in the selection and configuration of the RBM platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for a study, encompassing the assessment of Key Risk Indicators, Statistical Analyses, and Quality Tolerance Limits.

• Present the findings from Centralized Monitoring analysis to study teams and clients.

• Address issues within a cross-functional team environment.

• Create and evaluate study-specific Plans.

• Establish and manage targeted Source Data Verification (SDV) and monitoring strategies for a study.

• Organize and oversee Central Data Review activities in a study.

• Contribute to Proposals and bid defense meetings by providing insights into Risk Based Monitoring services.

• Communicate study-related challenges to the Clinical Data Science group and collaborate on data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience as a clinical study lead or manager.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently.

• Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Capability to handle complex data and derive insights from risk reports and trends.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances and learn rapidly.

• Understanding of processes and functions in clinical trials.

• Ability to comprehend the protocol and associated study risks.

• Full working proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong Excel skills.
