Central Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the initial and ongoing Risk Management for studies.

• Engage in the selection and implementation of the Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for studies, including the examination of Key Risk Indicators, Statistical Analyses, and Quality Tolerance Limits.

• Deliver Centralized Monitoring analysis findings to study teams and clients, addressing issues within a cross-functional context.

• Create and assess study-specific Plans.

• Establish and oversee targeted Source Data Verification (SDV) and monitoring strategies for studies.

• Organize and manage Central Data Review activities within studies.

• Assist in Proposals and bid defense meetings by providing insights into Risk-Based Monitoring services.

• Communicate study-related challenges to the Clinical Data Science team and collaborate on data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience as a clinical study lead or manager.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital.

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently are essential.

• Experience with Centralized Monitoring is advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.

• Capability to work with complex data and deliver insights into risk reports and trends.

• Flexibility in adapting to changing situations and a quick learning aptitude.

• Understanding of clinical trial processes and functions, with the ability to comprehend protocols and associated study risks.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly with Excel.
