Central Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the initial and ongoing management of study risks.

• Engage in the selection and configuration of the Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for studies, involving the evaluation of Key Risk Indicators, Statistical Analyses, and Quality Tolerance Limits.

• Present findings from Centralized Monitoring analyses to study teams and clients.

• Address issues within a cross-functional environment.

• Create and review study-specific plans.

• Establish and manage targeted Source Data Verification (SDV) and monitoring strategies for studies.

• Organize and oversee Central Data Review activities for studies.

• Contribute to proposals and participate in bid defense meetings by providing insights on Risk-Based Monitoring services.

• Communicate study challenges to the Clinical Data Science group and collaborate on data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience as a Clinical Study Lead or Manager.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven leadership skills and the capacity to work independently.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in working with complex data and offering insights into risk reports and trends.

• Adaptability to changing situations and a quick learning ability.

• Understanding of clinical trial processes and functions.

• Ability to comprehend protocols and associated study risks.

• Full working proficiency in English (Lithuanian proficiency is an advantage).

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Applications must be submitted in English.
