This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide exceptional training experiences that enhance participants' knowledge, confidence, and skills to effectively lead Centering groups and implement Centering care accurately.
• Employ adult learning theories, best practices in facilitation, and engaging teaching methods.
• Evaluate the learning needs of participants and offer coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars, and educational events focused on the Centering model.
• Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to refine curriculum, training materials, and resources for participants.
• Assess the effectiveness of training, review participant feedback, and determine areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the development of new training products, resources, and educational experiences.
• Maintain training documentation, complete necessary reporting, and support organizational learning and evaluations.
• Offer sustainability support to designated sites through outreach, consultation, coaching, and problem-solving.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders.
• Monitor site progress and formulate recommendations to enhance program performance, engagement, and sustainability.
• Conduct accreditation and fidelity assessments through documentation examination, data analysis, virtual consultations, and on-site evaluations.
• Prepare summaries of assessments, recommendations, and follow-up action plans.
• Act as a resource for Centering implementation, sustainability strategies, quality standards, and adherence to the model.
• Document client interactions, site activities, accreditation discoveries, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure coordinated support and an excellent client experience.
• Analyze trends across assigned sites and communicate insights that influence organizational strategy and program development.
• Report directly to the Director of Training.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in delivering in-person and/or virtual trainings focused on skill enhancement and engaging participants.
• Preferred experience in facilitative training.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Capability to facilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences for diverse audiences with varying backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
• Experience within healthcare systems, clinical settings, or healthcare-related organizations is essential.
• Proficiency in facilitating virtual learning using video conferencing platforms and online learning tools.
• Experience working with historically underserved, underrepresented, and economically marginalized communities, including those affected by health disparities and barriers to care.
• Commitment to promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Preferred experience with the Centering model of care.
• Strong skills in group facilitation and presentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in relationship-building and client management with clinical and organizational leaders.
• Coaching and consultation abilities that support behavior change, program implementation, and continuous enhancement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and client engagements simultaneously.
• Competence in assessing program performance, identifying challenges, and developing effective solutions.
• Proficient with virtual training platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other business applications.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments.
• Proximity to an international airport is a must.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. for 1-2 weeks each month.
• Flexibility to work any day of the week.
• A valid driver's license is required upon employment.
