Cement Solution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support for customer success by managing the complete account cadence, monitoring account health, and resolving risks and obstacles.

• Establish trustworthy relationships within customer organizations, ranging from control room operators to corporate and plant leadership.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, which includes scoping, aligning stakeholders, coordinating teams, tracking milestones, and commissioning.

• Proactively identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate cross-functional delivery teams through influence and credibility.

• Ensure the ongoing value of implemented solutions as customer processes and economics progress.

• Discover new opportunities across customer locations.

• Articulate Imubit’s capabilities and limitations to audiences ranging from the control room to the C-suite.

• Relay field insights to inform the product development roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the cement industry or a similar heavy industrial process environment.

• Preference for candidates with cement experience and knowledge of advanced process control.

• Proven track record in program or project management within a manufacturing or industrial context, plant or process engineering with a customer-facing or consulting aspect, or technical account management/customer success involving industrial software or technology.

• Experience collaborating across operations, engineering, and commercial teams.

• Comfortable presenting to and interacting with executive-level stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cement or similar heavy industrial processes, control systems, and optimization principles.

• Proficient in aligning stakeholders without formal authority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise, and confident.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
