This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the rollout of Kyverna's cell therapy strategy for autoimmune conditions.
• Act as the commercial account leader for specified treatment centers, academic institutions, community practices, and referral networks.
• Stimulate demand and implement strategic account plans within the designated region.
• Achieve specified sales, account, and performance targets while ensuring compliance and focusing on patient needs.
• Oversee commercial strategy, performance, and execution for designated treatment centers and referral networks.
• Create account-specific business strategies that align with national and regional goals.
• Enhance the identification, referral, access, and treatment of appropriate patients.
• Analyze account dynamics, referral trends, patient flow, competitive activities, and market developments.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in neurology, Hem/Onc cell therapy, and relevant specialties.
• Navigate through academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, community practices, and referral networks.
• Assist treatment centers and referring networks with the operational requirements and readiness for cell therapy.
• Establish processes between referring physicians and accredited treatment centers.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical, and other internal departments.
• Provide insights on customers, accounts, competition, referrals, and market dynamics to leadership.
• Influence the allocation and prioritization of internal resources without direct authority.
• Engage in scientific, industry, and customer forums.
• Maintain up-to-date account plans, customer data, activity logs, and business intelligence.
• Conduct activities in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Exercise sound judgment in intricate customer and patient-related circumstances.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex healthcare sales/commercial roles.
• Experience in autoimmune diseases, rheumatology, neurology, immunology, rare diseases, specialty medicine, or cell therapy.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders and competing interests.
• Experience in working with academic medical centers, community practices, integrated delivery networks, or other complex healthcare systems.
• Established ability to formulate and execute strategic account plans.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and influencing key stakeholders across intricate organizations.
• Strong comprehension of the patient journey and the ability to pinpoint opportunities to enhance patient identification, referral, access, and treatment.
• Experience with cell therapy, CAR-T, or other advanced therapies is highly preferred.
• Launch experience in specialty, rare disease, autoimmune, or cell therapy environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven capability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic planning abilities, combined with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of scientific and technical knowledge with the capability to engage credibly with healthcare professionals.
• Solid understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and nationally as required, possessing a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with buy-and-bill, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or other complex access models.
