This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve established sales, account, and performance goals while upholding the highest standards of compliance and patient-centricity.
• Take charge of the overall commercial strategy, performance, and execution for designated treatment centers and their related referral networks.
• Create and implement detailed, account-specific business plans that align with national and regional commercial objectives.
• Discover opportunities to enhance appropriate patient identification, referral, and treatment within the assigned accounts.
• Assess account dynamics, referral patterns, patient flows, competitive activity, and market trends to uncover opportunities and obstacles.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the autoimmune treatment landscape, cell therapy, and Kyverna's clinical and commercial value proposition.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders in neurology, Hem/Onc cell therapy experts, and other pertinent specialties.
• Navigate through complex academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, community practices, and referral networks.
• Act as a knowledgeable and responsive commercial resource for the assigned accounts.
• Identify and chart patient referral pathways within autoimmune disease networks.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to recognize and tackle barriers throughout the patient journey.
• Assist treatment centers and referring networks in understanding the operational requirements linked to cell therapy.
• Facilitate relationships and processes between referring physicians and authorized treatment centers.
• Work alongside treatment centers to ensure readiness for cell therapy, encompassing referral, treatment, scheduling, and coordination processes.
• Gain insight into the end-to-end cell therapy patient journey to enhance patient experience.
• Partner with Market Access, Patient Services, Operations, and other teams to respond to customer needs.
• Function as the commercial “quarterback” across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Clinical, Operations, and other internal collaborators.
• Lead account discussions and coordinate internal resources based on account priorities and opportunities.
• Share insights regarding customer needs, account dynamics, competitive developments, referral trends, and market opportunities.
• Influence the allocation and prioritization of internal resources without direct authority.
• Identify emerging treatment paradigms, referral trends, competitive dynamics, and changes in the healthcare environment.
• Convert customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for commercial and cross-functional leadership.
• Engage in scientific, industry, and customer forums.
• Carry out activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate account plans, customer information, activity documentation, and business intelligence.
• Exhibit sound judgment in complex customer and patient-related scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex healthcare sales/commercial roles.
• Background in autoimmune disease, rheumatology, neurology, immunology, rare disease, specialty medicine, or cell therapy.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with academic medical centers, community practices, integrated delivery networks, or other intricate healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated capability to create and implement strategic account plans.
• Proven ability to identify and influence key stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of the patient journey and the capacity to identify opportunities for enhancing patient identification, referral, access, and treatment.
• Experience with cell therapy, CAR-T, or other complex therapies is highly preferred.
• Experience launching products in a specialty, rare disease, autoimmune, or cell therapy context is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic planning capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of scientific and technical expertise, enabling credible engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and nationally as required, holding a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with buy-and-bill, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or other complex access models.
