This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary commercial account representative for assigned treatment centers, academic institutions, community practices, and referral networks within a specified geographic area.
• Generate demand and implement strategic account plans to enhance awareness, ensure proper patient identification and referral, support treatment-center preparedness, and promote the adoption of Kyverna's cell therapy.
• Achieve established sales, account, and performance targets while ensuring compliance and maintaining a patient-centric focus.
• Lead the commercial strategy, performance, and execution for the designated treatment centers and referral networks.
• Evaluate account dynamics, referral trends, patient pathways, competitive landscape, and market developments.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in neurology, Hem/Onc cell therapy specialists, and other pertinent fields.
• Navigate through academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, community practices, and referral networks.
• Identify and mitigate barriers to patient identification, referral, access, and treatment.
• Assist treatment centers and referring networks with operational requirements and readiness for cell therapy.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Market Access, Patient Services, Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical, and others.
• Provide insights regarding customer requirements, account dynamics, competitive changes, referral patterns, and market prospects.
• Influence the allocation and prioritization of internal resources without having direct authority.
• Engage in scientific, industry, and customer forums.
• Keep accurate account plans, customer details, activity records, and business intelligence.
• Conduct activities in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex healthcare sales/commercial roles.
• Background in autoimmune diseases, rheumatology, neurology, immunology, rare diseases, specialty medicine, or cell therapy.
• Proven success in managing large, complex healthcare accounts with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with academic medical centers, community practices, integrated delivery networks, or other intricate healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic account plans.
• Proven capability to identify and influence key stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Strong comprehension of the patient journey and the knack for spotting opportunities to enhance patient identification, referral, access, and treatment.
• Experience with cell therapy, CAR-T, or other sophisticated therapies is highly desirable.
• Launch experience in a specialty, rare disease, autoimmune, or cell therapy context is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and influence without possessing direct authority.
• Strong business insight, analytical abilities, and strategic planning skills, accompanied by exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of scientific and technical knowledge enabling credible engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance regulations.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and nationally as required, holding a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with buy-and-bill, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or other complex access models.
