This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Expand ADS’s presence in the Medical/Pharmaceutical Market within the Department of Defense and Federal Marketspace.
• Optimize sales and margin opportunities for the Medical Pharmaceutical sector.
• Support Unit Sales, Program Sales, and Integration Programs by attending trade/vendor shows, conducting ride-alongs, and delivering product briefings.
• Provide education to relevant individuals and teams regarding medical pharmaceutical products and opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the Medical Pharmaceutical Programs market.
• Maintain a presence in the industry among customers’ technical communities, vendors, and upstream suppliers.
• Engage in solicitation review and proposal preparation when necessary.
• Foster and develop relationships with key institutional clients, including DLA, Prime Vendors, VAs, and significant government customers.
• Oversee a portfolio of suppliers and contracts.
• Offer resources to the direct field team.
• Report directly to the Director of the Medical Market.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; medical military/work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree at the discretion of the hiring manager.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in military medicine or related sectors of the government medical market.
• Understanding of the Medical/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50–75%).
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional oral, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Capability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Familiarity with Government procurement processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical guidelines is preferred.
• Must be a highly competitive, challenge-oriented self-starter.
• 5 years of sales experience is required as a qualification.
