This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Prepare, assess, modify, negotiate, finalize, and manage contracts for goods and services acquired.
β’ Ensure that all agreements adhere to organizational, regulatory, and legal standards.
β’ Spearhead sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier assessments, price negotiations, contract renewals, and competitive bidding processes.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
β’ Oversee contract reviews and approvals in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Information Systems, Privacy, Supply Chain, and other business partners.
β’ Monitor and manage contracts using Workday Strategic Sourcing and other contract management tools.
β’ Keep precise contract documentation and repository records.
β’ Provide updates and reports on sourcing, negotiations, and contract activities.
β’ Assist in value analysis initiatives, supplier diversity programs, and process enhancement projects.
β’ Support additional Supply Chain initiatives and departmental priorities as required.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management.
β’ Experience in negotiating pricing agreements, managing supplier relations, and leading bid/RFP processes.
β’ Demonstrated contract management expertise, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
β’ Experience ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Strong project management and contract administration abilities with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
β’ Familiarity with contract management platforms such as Workday Strategic Sourcing or similar systems.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and leadership teams.
β’ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Experience in supporting healthcare organizations, health systems, hospitals, or other regulated environments.
β’ Knowledge of value analysis methodologies and supplier performance assessment.
β’ Experience in supporting supplier diversity initiatives.
β’ Capability to work independently in a remote setting while juggling competing priorities.
