This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute category strategies that align with both regional and global objectives.

• Assist in expanding the portfolio, enhancing margins, and driving supplier funding efforts.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to launch marketing campaigns and new products.

• Play a role in the continuous evolution of Fisherbrand and private-label strategies.

• Manage essential supplier relationships through Thermo Fisher's Supplier Tiering Program.

• Conduct business reviews, monitor supplier performance, and promote ongoing enhancement.

• Foster collaboration with supplier leadership to ensure alignment on objectives and boost engagement.

• Analyze category performance against benchmarks to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Leverage data to gain insights into market trends and inform business decisions.

• Oversee annual pricing roll activities and facilitate communication with suppliers.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to implement strategies.

• Engage in process enhancements that lead to greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives to boost team performance.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy formulation to commercialization and optimization.

• Conduct voice-of-customer research, establish product requirements, build business cases, coordinate product launches, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree with 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related commercial field.

• Demonstrated success in managing the product lifecycle from initial concept to commercialization.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to create persuasive business cases and financial models.

• Expertise in collecting and synthesizing Voice of Customer feedback.

• Effective collaboration and influencing skills within a matrixed environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.

• Experience in developing and executing product launch strategies and go-to-market plans.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Project management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Customer-focused mindset with a solid understanding of market dynamics.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including internationally.

• Preferred knowledge of relevant scientific or technical domains for specific product lines.

• Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards pertinent to applicable markets.
