Catalog Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of Amazon listings, encompassing creation, optimization, and variation management.

• Generate and upload bulk feed files for item setup.

• Ensure catalog precision, maintain clean data, and uphold compliant product listings.

• Address listing errors, suppressions, and variation challenges.

• Enhance listings for improved search ranking, keyword relevance, and conversion rates.

• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to monitor performance and ensure catalog integrity.

• Handle bulk updates and manage catalog workflows.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising and operations teams.

• Assist in creating top-tier product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Target marketplaces.

• Report directly to the Merchandising & Operations Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Amazon catalog management, eCommerce operations, or marketplace oversight.

• Strong comprehension of Amazon listing structures, policies, and marketplace functions.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, data cleaning, and bulk data management.

• Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon search ranking principles.

• Experience or knowledge in copywriting is a plus.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work there.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace are essential for remote work.
