This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the health, accuracy, and daily management of the Amazon catalog for both the US and Canada.
• Launch comprehensive Amazon listings with precise images, copy, A+ Content, keywords, backend fields, and variation structures.
• Update listing content, copy, imagery, and backend attributes as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Amazon consultants, and PPC agency to synchronize listing priorities with channel and advertising performance.
• Develop and maintain parent-child variation families.
• Address stuck variations and reconstruct parent listings when required.
• Implement and verify flat file uploads for listings, pricing, inventory, and variations.
• Ensure backend catalog data remains clean and reliable.
• Assign and oversee GS1 barcodes, SKUs, FNSKUs, and packaging references.
• Monitor keyword ranking, category ranking, listing performance, price suppressions, missing content, listing errors, and stranded inventory.
• Supervise account health and manage Seller Support cases until resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and Brand Registry requirements.
• Oversee participation in the Brand Referral Bonus and verify external traffic tracking and attribution.
• Compile weekly Amazon metrics.
• Align daily priorities with the Head of Marketing.
• Manage tasks using ClickUp, communicate via Slack, and engage in the weekly L10 meeting.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Proven experience managing the Amazon.com catalog for an established brand generating at least seven figures in annual revenue.
• Advanced understanding of Amazon flat files and bulk catalog updates.
• Strong comprehension of variations, Brand Registry, account health, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex catalog issues from start to finish.
• Experience managing Amazon US and Canada marketplaces is a plus.
• Background in DTC, home improvement, plumbing, or consumer-product brands is advantageous.
• Must reside in the Philippines.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the Philippines.
• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work are required.
