Casino Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Acquire, develop, and enhance partnerships with land-based casinos, casino management companies, and casino loyalty programs.

• Establish a qualified pipeline within a designated territory, converting relationships into lucrative sources of casino guest acquisition for Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

• Act as a consultative partner to marketing leaders and executive decision-makers at properties.

• Utilize expertise in casino reinvestment, player economics, segmentation, loyalty strategy, and promotional planning to boost member engagement and increase incremental revenue.

• Manage the commercial performance of assigned prospects and partners from initial outreach through launch and ongoing development.

• Create and implement territory development plans that prioritize casino operators and properties.

• Cultivate relationships with casino executives and loyalty decision-makers.

• Identify, qualify, and progress partnership opportunities through discovery, property visits, events, referrals, and outreach.

• Craft business cases and proposals; assist in partnership-term negotiations and approvals.

• Maintain pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps within CRM.

• Manage commercial relationships, evaluate partner strategies, design marketing programs, loyalty campaigns, VIP groups, events, and reciprocal benefits.

• Conduct business reviews, offer recommendations, and secure commitments from partners.

• Provide partner-facing training, program guidance, and sales materials.

• Achieve goals for contracted partners, guest acquisition, casino revenue, partner-sourced revenue, and profitability.

• Track acquisition costs, reinvestment, redemption, conversion, player value, retention, revenue, and ROI.

• Develop forecasts and test-and-learn plans to enhance offers, target audiences, timing, events, and productivity.

• Collaborate with Casino Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Loyalty, Reservations, Legal, and shipboard teams.

• Oversee launch plans, promotional calendars, communications, event requirements, and internal handoffs.

• Resolve issues for partners and guests while enhancing processes.

• Represent NCLH at casino properties, conferences, partner events, and select sailings.

• Monitor competitor partnerships, market trends, loyalty developments, and acquisition channels.

• Share market insights and ensure programs adhere to commercial terms, brand standards, data requirements, responsible gaming practices, and policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or a similar commercial role.

• Proven track record in acquiring new accounts and expanding complex casino or hospitality partnerships to meet measurable revenue objectives.

• Established connections with property marketing leaders and executive decision-makers within the assigned casino region.

• Experience in developing financial proposals, assessing partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and utilizing performance data to inform recommendations.

• Strong comprehension of casino reinvestment strategies, player segmentation, offer design, loyalty economics, customer acquisition, retention, and property-level casino marketing operations.

• Ability to negotiate commercial terms, influence senior stakeholders, and coordinate execution across a matrixed organization.

• Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and customer relationship management skills.

• Experience in cruise, travel, hospitality, or multi-brand loyalty partnerships is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
