Cash Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee client money reconciliations and identify as well as resolve discrepancies.

• Minimize unallocated cash through proactive management of queries and resolution of issues.

• Assist in the credit control processes, ensuring prompt management of aged debts.

• Provide support during Client Money audits.

• Keep accurate records and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to CASS 5 regulations and FCA client money guidelines.

• Collaborate with franchise offices and internal teams to offer IBA-related support and advice.

• Support the Coversure Franchise office network across the UK.

• Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing intricate client money reconciliations within an insurance broking context.

• Familiarity with CASS 5 and FCA Client Money regulations.

• Strong knowledge of IBA procedures.

• Desirable experience with Acturis and other insurance broking systems.

• Capability to produce accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong skills in time management.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• A proactive and self-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities in a remote setting.
