This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Support reimbursement processes to ensure prompt, precise, and uniform management of coverage-related inquiries.
• Organize documentation related to benefits, case updates, follow-up tasks, and communications for reimbursement support.
• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation inconsistencies, and workflow exceptions.
• Keep up-to-date and accurate records of cases, reimbursement documents, and system updates.
• Analyze reimbursement trends, recurring problems, and indicators for escalation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to clarify reimbursement needs and assist in case resolution.
• Participate in enhancing processes, updating workflows, and supporting operational readiness initiatives.
• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related area is required.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
