Case Processing Manager, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist with activities conducted by the project team for both the client and the company.

• Supervise the assigned ICSR staff members.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs for the contracted ICSR tasks.

• Enhance procedures, training programs, and other initiatives to boost the efficiency of the ICSR team.

• Recommend process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversee ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Examine trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and perform second-level quality control of cases.

• Assist other departments as authorized and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Serve as the designated subject matter expert for the team and provide support to other SMEs.

• Offer assistance to the RA & PV Network Department as required.

• Function as LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the assigned language, as agreed upon with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 5-6 years of experience in the pharmacovigilance field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on detail and multitasking capability.

• Proficient in delegation.

• Effective planning and time management skills.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
