Case Processing Manager, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist with various tasks performed by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Oversee the management of assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR tasks.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other measures to boost the efficiency of the ICSR team.

• Suggest modifications to processes to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Handle ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Examine trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct secondary quality control of cases.

• Provide assistance to other departments as permitted and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Serve as the designated team subject matter expert and assist other SMEs.

• Support the RA & PV Network Department whenever necessary.

• Function as LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the assigned language, as coordinated with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 5-6 years of experience in the field of pharmacovigilance.

• At least 3 years in a line management position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Proficient in delegation.

• Capable of effective planning and time management.

• Technical proficiency.

• Team collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
