Case Processing Manager, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist with various activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Supervise assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR operations.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost ICSR team productivity.

• Recommend process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversee ICSR deviations with the guidance of the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Examine trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct secondary quality control of cases.

• Assist other departments as authorized and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Serve as the designated subject matter expert for the team and provide support to fellow SMEs.

• Offer assistance to the RA & PV Network Department as required.

• Act as the LCPPV (Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance) for the assigned country.

• Assume the role of PRLS (Person Responsible for Local Screening) for the specified language, as agreed upon with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or have experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 5-6 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient in delegation.

• Capable of effective planning and time management.

• Possess technical skills.

• Team collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
