Case Processing Manager, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to various activities carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Supervise the assigned ICSR staff.

• Develop and sustain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR tasks.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost ICSR team productivity.

• Suggest process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and perform second quality control on cases.

• Provide support to other departments as authorized and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Serve as the designated team subject matter expert and assist other SMEs.

• Offer support to the RA & PV Network Department as required.

• Act as LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the assigned language, as arranged with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or possess other healthcare-related qualifications or experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 5-6 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management abilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced skills in MS Office.
