Case Manager, Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee, document, and communicate every facet of the utilization and benefit management program.

• Utilize critical thinking and clinical expertise to ensure clinically appropriate treatments, evidence-based care, and adherence to medical necessity criteria.

• Deliver care coordination, support, and educational services through care management tools and resources.

• Conduct member visits throughout Maricopa County, Arizona.

• Travel within Maricopa County is required up to 25% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment.

• An active RN license that is valid in the state of Arizona.

• Must be a resident of Maricopa County, Arizona.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Maricopa County, Arizona.

• At least 2 years of experience in case management.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.

• Previous experience working alongside medical professionals is preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

• An Associate’s degree is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
