Case Manager – Portuguese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate insurance claims and facilitate communication with insurers.

• Request, monitor, and follow up on medical documentation and police reports.

• Oversee lien and subrogation matters, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand preparation.

• Detect and resolve operational inefficiencies.

• Ensure cases progress efficiently and thoroughly through pre-litigation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims processing.

• Strong focus on processes and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills with clients and attorneys alike.

• Capability to excel in dynamic, high-volume settings.

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.

• No visa sponsorship required to maintain employment in the United States.
