
Case Manager – Annuity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with designated advisors to process and track new business submissions, address post-sale inquiries, and manage issues until resolution.
• Perform suitability assessments for annuity applications using system tools and established criteria for decision-making.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure that cases are processed, issued, and finalized promptly while maintaining agent expectations.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails from advisors and field offices.
• Communicate with agents to gather additional information, clarify requirements, and provide updates on pending business.
• Offer current information regarding contract status, outstanding requirements, and explanations for transactions.
• Utilize critical thinking to manage unique situations and escalate concerns or complex cases when necessary.
• Execute transactions while meeting speed-of-service and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses.
• Follow up with agents concerning policy delivery requirements.
• Provide insights on complex agent service issues related to insurance products and transactions.
• Associate’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent education/experience.
• One year of experience in financial services operations or a related industry.
• Exceptional communication skills that are clear and professional—both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize with customers and respond to advisors promptly and professionally.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient PC skills for data entry, documentation, and navigation across various systems.
• Proficiency in using MS Office.
• Preferred: Familiarity with life and/or annuity products and operations.
• Preferred: Knowledge of service delivery relating to pre and post-issue workflows/timelines.
