This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support the Case Management department in managing case management functions.
β’ Perform telephonic follow-ups with members.
β’ Oversee member eligibility status.
β’ Revise database information and member demographic details.
β’ Investigate support groups, member resources, and provider details.
β’ Collaborate with Case Managers on follow-up outreach to families who are not enrolled.
β’ Monitor and record case status in the database.
β’ Convey basic program information to families.
β’ Assist in scheduling follow-up calls by Case Managers.
β’ Oversee case closures.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in customer service within a healthcare setting.
β’ High School diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ A college degree is preferred.
β’ Must be fluent in English.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
β’ Experience in an outbound call center is strongly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with insurance/payor systems is preferred.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify root causes and execute viable solutions.
β’ Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
β’ Self-driven and open to learning various tasks.
β’ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
