Career Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized coaching and career guidance for participants.

• Facilitate online workshops and Q&A sessions focused on applications, professional networking, personal branding, soft skills, and HR interview preparation.

• Collaborate with the team to create and enhance the online career course on the learning platform.

• Evaluate cover letters, CVs/resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure high application standards.

• Manage career services processes including Slack reminders, workshop scheduling, and online events.

• Serve as a liaison to Community Management within the Career & Community team.

• Provide relevant insights for effective cross-team collaboration.

• Enhance the overall experience for course participants.

• Oversee and moderate course events from the welcome session to the closing remarks.

• Travel to Berlin approximately 3–4 times a year for team events and workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in (tech) recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management, or career services.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• High degree of reliability.

• Proactive and pragmatic approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Innovative mindset with a passion for tackling new challenges and crafting creative solutions.

• High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced working environment.

• Strong service and solution-oriented mindset.

• Enthusiasm for education, career development, and people engagement.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Proficient in English at C1 level.

• Willingness to travel to Berlin approximately 3–4 times annually for team events and workshops.

• Experience in designing and conducting workshops is a plus.

• Knowledge of or experience in the IT/tech sector is advantageous.

• Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS) or digital learning tools is desirable.
