This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Recruit, engage, and onboard participants into employability programmes.
• Provide high-quality Information, Advice, and Guidance.
• Deliver tailored employability support, focusing on mindset and confidence enhancement.
• Offer strengths-based interview preparation, assistance with job searches, and development of CVs and application materials.
• Connect participants with job placements, apprenticeships, and work experience opportunities.
• Shortlist potential opportunities, prepare job packs, schedule interviews, and assist with applications.
• Provide ongoing in-work support and maintain regular contact for a minimum of six months.
• Participate in job fairs, workshops, and collaborate with community partners.
• Utilize case management systems efficiently and ensure timely communication.
• Adhere to contractual and organizational requirements.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with safeguarding/Prevent, health and safety, and equality and diversity policies.
• Identify and manage risks along with areas of underperformance.
• Support the achievement of hub outcomes and participant goals.
• Report to the relevant Service Manager.
• Experienced Career Coach.
• Proven ability to recruit, engage, and onboard participants into employability programmes within established timelines.
• Proficient in providing Information, Advice, and Guidance.
• Capable of delivering personalized employability support.
• Experience or skill in mindset and confidence development.
• Knowledge of strengths-based interview preparation.
• Proficient in job-search assistance.
• Skilled in creating CVs and application materials.
• Ability to shortlist opportunities, prepare job packs, arrange interviews, and support applications effectively.
• Capacity to provide sustained in-work support for a minimum of six months.
• Effective utilization of case management systems.
• Commitment to complying with contractual and organizational requirements.
• Dedication to safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, and ongoing self-development.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Approachable, adaptable, and supportive demeanor.
