Care Specialist II – Fuze Rx

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver tailored, direct assistance to patients, focusing on pharmacy-related inquiries via phone and email communication.

• Recognize, address, and resolve questions and challenges related to pharmacy services.

• Collaborate with various teams to meet patient needs and enhance the overall experience.

• Exhibit empathy during patient interactions and manage escalations effectively.

• Provide solutions and ensure complete patient satisfaction.

• Offer insights on recurring issues and suggest workflow enhancements based on patient interactions.

• Adhere to established workflows to meet pharmacy demands within defined timeframes and processes.

• Process and troubleshoot intricate pharmacy cases.

• Handle patient escalations through phone, text, chat, and email communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Current pharmacy technician license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in the respective state, free from disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting involving patients and providers.

• Capability to work the designated shift.

• Proficiency in learning and utilizing a new pharmacy management system and other pertinent software.

• Ability to interpret, transcribe, and resolve prescription-related information.

• Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients and providers via phone.

• Preference for candidates with experience in specialty claims adjudication.

• Preference for candidates with experience in submitting and managing Prior Authorizations and TARs.

• Preference for candidates with experience in fertility and specialty medications.

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
