This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver tailored, direct assistance to patients, focusing on pharmacy-related requirements via phone and email communication.

• Recognize, address, and resolve inquiries and challenges associated with pharmacy services.

• Handle and troubleshoot intricate pharmacy cases.

• Oversee patient escalations through various channels including phone, text, chat, and email.

• Collaborate with other teams to cater to patient needs and enhance the overall experience.

• Exhibit empathy, offer resolutions, and guarantee patient satisfaction.

• Provide insights on frequent issues and suggest workflow enhancements.

• Adhere to established workflows and meet pharmacy requirements within designated timeframes and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Hold an active pharmacy technician license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in the relevant state, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment working with patients and providers.

• Availability to work the specified shift.

• Capability to learn and utilize a new pharmacy management system along with other pertinent software.

• Proficient in interpreting, transcribing, and troubleshooting prescription data.

• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.

• Effective communication skills with patients and providers over the phone.
