This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls or respond to inbound calls from members to arrange doctor appointments.

• Support members in completing Health Needs Screenings or processing payments to qualify for enhanced benefits.

• Provide education to members regarding enhanced services and suggest preferred providers.

• Inform members about the appropriate use of Emergency Departments and how it affects their benefits.

• Recognize and address obstacles to completing health screenings, accessing services, or making payments.

• Examine member profiles prior to outreach to pinpoint opportunities and additional benefit eligibility.

• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Analyze call report data and refine call strategies accordingly.

• Serve as a secondary resource for Member Services or Provider Services call centers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for an employment-based visa, now or in the future.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales experience in a call center or high-pressure sales environment, or experience in member, provider, customer service, or call center roles.

• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a call center or high-pressure sales environment, or experience in member, provider, customer service, or call center roles.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
