Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver client support as necessary

• Organize implementation calls for members in collaboration with the Care Team Lead

• Conduct ad hoc reviews of claims when needed

• Identify patients utilizing services, assess their history, and establish the next coverage date

• Aid patients in enrolling in the manufacturer’s program

• Maintain a patient database for follow-up, tracking, and reporting purposes

• Receive notifications regarding new patients’ prior authorization

• Review daily reports of rejected and approved claims

• Collaborate with the Care Team Lead and Care Team Member Services Manager to ensure resources facilitate member enrollment and management in the IPC Copay Assistance Program

• Execute additional tasks as assigned

• Manage job responsibilities that require risk designations for access to Electronic Protected Health Information (PHI)

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma and/or GED

• 2 to 3 years of experience directly related to the responsibilities listed

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Professional telephone etiquette

• Capacity to uphold a high level of confidentiality

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred
