This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide compassionate and personalized support throughout each member's therapy journey.
• Assist members in understanding their options, overcoming barriers, and advocating for essential care modifications and services.
• Oversee new and ongoing therapy cases, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams for effective case management.
• Track therapy progress and prioritize the needs of members accordingly.
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications along with casework responsibilities.
• Address inquiries swiftly and accurately by employing critical thinking skills.
• Anticipate potential challenges and adapt to the evolving needs of members.
• Maintain proactive and clear communication with members, providers, and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships and ensure member satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on care coordination, member advocacy, or related positions.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience along with case management, preferably within the healthcare field.
• Experience in a call center is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing conditions, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A genuine passion for enhancing healthcare and assisting individuals, with a record of success in a similar capacity.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and convey the benefits of the VIVIO Health program.
• Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, ownership of tasks, and a commitment to ongoing performance improvement.
• Keen attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability for a full-time position between 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET.
• Must be able to attend 3 weeks of training consistently: 2 weeks virtually and 1 week in-person in Hayward, CA.
• Willingness to travel onsite to Hayward, CA, for training and collaborative efforts.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
