This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide prompt, precise, and professional assistance in a dynamic call center setting.

• Address and respond to customer queries via phone, email, forms, chat, voicemail, and various other support channels.

• Aid with fundamental policy modifications, billing and payment inquiries, document requests, and account assistance.

• Manage general claims inquiries, claim status inquiries, initial loss notifications, and claims-related customer support.

• Work in conjunction with the Claims team to communicate, escalate, and resolve claims-related issues.

• Enhance customer satisfaction, policy servicing, account retention, first-contact resolution, and ensure positive customer experiences.

• Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, next steps, and follow-up items.

• Oversee assigned queues and respond within internal service-level expectations.

• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive matters to senior specialists, leads, or leadership.

• Engage in training related to products, systems, processes, and compliance.

• Foster customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing guidance, and offering clear solutions.

• Promote a positive, cooperative, and service-oriented team atmosphere.

• Report system issues, access problems, bugs, or workflow disruptions to team leads.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales support or other insurance-related service roles.

• At least 3 years of experience in remote/call center/online service or sales.

• Highly driven and goal-oriented.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.

• Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.

• A team player who can collaborate effectively with others.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Proficient in MS Office and related computer applications.

• Excellent collaboration skills; self-driven and proactive.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Must be at least 21 years old to participate in the 401K plan.
