This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
β’ Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to established protocols to prioritize and dispatch appropriate responses.
β’ Deliver compassionate customer service by utilizing both scripted and non-scripted responses.
β’ Supervise a substantial volume of medical alerts and alarms.
β’ Log call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real time.
β’ Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for members.
β’ Verify and update customer information within the system.
β’ Troubleshoot alarm systems and report any issues for prompt maintenance.
β’ Inquire about and suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
β’ Manage access to highly sensitive materials while maintaining strict confidentiality.
β’ Simultaneously talk and type while navigating multiple screens and systems.
β’ Complete new hire training and necessary compliance testing.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ 0β1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center or healthcare environment.
β’ Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
β’ Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
β’ Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Proficient typing skills of at least 35 WPM.
β’ Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Efficiently toggle between multiple screens and systems.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
β’ Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as required.
β’ Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload are required.
β’ Ability to sit at and work on a computer using a headset for extended periods.
β’ Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds and reaching/bending to retrieve items from cabinets and shelves.
β’ Ability to speak, hear, and see throughout the assigned workday.
β’ Engage in repetitive keystroke/data entry for the assigned workday.
β’ Minimal ambulation required.
β’ Capacity to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ per day.
β’ Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
