This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
β’ Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to established protocols to assess priorities and coordinate responses.
β’ Deliver empathetic customer support using both scripted and unscripted communication techniques.
β’ Supervise a significant volume of medical alerts and alarms.
β’ Accurately document call information, dispatches, and messages in real time within a database.
β’ Interact with clients using kindness, respect, and patience.
β’ Confirm and update customer details in the system.
β’ Diagnose issues with alarm systems and report them for prompt maintenance.
β’ Inquire about and suggest preventative healthcare services.
β’ Manage access to sensitive materials while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
β’ Engage in simultaneous talking and typing while navigating various screens and systems.
β’ Complete onboarding training and successfully pass necessary compliance evaluations.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ 0β1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a contact center or healthcare environment.
β’ Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations.
β’ Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Proficient typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM.
β’ Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Ability to efficiently toggle between multiple screens and systems.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
β’ Willingness to work on weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as required.
β’ Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload are required.
β’ Capability to sit and work at a computer with a headset for extended periods.
β’ Ability to lift items up to 10 pounds and reach/bend to retrieve materials.
β’ Must be able to speak, hear, and see throughout the assigned workday.
β’ Engage in repetitive keystroke/data entry tasks during the designated work hours.
β’ Ability to handle a high volume of calls, exceeding 100 calls per day.
β’ Must reside in one of the specified eligible states.
