This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and support with daily living tasks.
• Aid service users with mobility and movement while ensuring their safety and dignity are upheld.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the homes of service users and shared spaces.
• Engage in communication with service users regarding their needs and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Assist with meal preparation and support eating and drinking as needed.
• Observe and report any changes in the health or wellbeing of service users.
• Keep precise and confidential care records.
• Facilitate social activities and engagement to enhance wellbeing and foster independence.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, safeguarding protocols, and organizational policies.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Provide person-centered care that honors individual preferences and encourages autonomy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to provide hands-on personal care support.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Flexibility to accommodate various shift patterns.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Resilience to cope with the emotional challenges associated with care work.
• Dedication to supporting vulnerable adults through person-centered care.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or a willingness to go through the recruitment process.
• First Aid certification or a willingness to pursue training (desirable).
• Documented experience in care, healthcare, or customer service (desirable).
• Valid UK driving license and reliable vehicle for community-based support (desirable).
• Eligibility to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered.
