This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver personal care assistance, including help with washing, dressing, grooming, and daily living tasks.
• Aid service users in mobility and movement while prioritizing their safety and dignity.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the homes and communal areas of service users.
• Engage in communication with service users regarding their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to provide consistent, person-centered care.
• Assist in meal preparation and provide support during eating and drinking as necessary.
• Observe and report any changes in the health or wellbeing of service users.
• Maintain precise and confidential care records.
• Encourage social activities and engagement to enhance wellbeing and independence.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, safeguarding protocols, and organizational policies.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Must reside locally in the Sawbridgeworth area.
• No prior care experience needed; comprehensive induction training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear and compassionate communication abilities.
• Physical fitness and capability to provide hands-on personal care.
• Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and strong attendance.
• Flexibility, including the possibility of shift work.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or a willingness to obtain clearance during the recruitment process.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Resilience and the ability to handle the emotional challenges of care work.
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
• First Aid certification or a willingness to pursue training is preferred.
• Experience in care, healthcare, or customer service is advantageous.
• Applicants must reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
