This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Inform potential clients about options for acquiring additional dental, vision, and auditory insurance coverage.
• Establish a consistent schedule of calls to engage and maintain relationships with prospects and key healthcare decision-makers.
• Implement sales best practices and educational guidelines to optimize the conversion rate from prospect to policy.
• Work collaboratively with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to resolve service-related issues and uphold quality standards.
• Refresh resident and facility account details in the existing database.
• Continuously develop and enhance product and technical knowledge.
• Market Medicare supplemental policies, including Vision, Dental, Audiology, and Podiatry.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals.
• Execute additional job-related tasks as assigned.
• A state-issued Health insurance license is required.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in selling supplemental policies, including Vision, Dental, Audiology, and Podiatry, is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry with familiarity in supplemental insurance policies is preferred.
• Proven experience making outbound calls and successfully engaging prospects.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other technology platforms used by the company.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks efficiently.
• Proven accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Capacity to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and navigate unexpected situations.
• Reliable and responsive to management instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing prospect or client issues.
• Customer service skills, including the ability to manage challenging customer interactions and respond promptly to needs.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
