This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Manage the overall program, including the planning, coordination, and execution of tasks and deliverables.
• Facilitate the deployment of subject matter experts and clinical personnel.
• Supervise quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Track program performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure alignment among clinical, inspection, training, and technical assistance activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive service delivery.
• Create and maintain program management tools, schedules, and reporting systems.
• Lead both internal and external briefings, status reports, and performance evaluations.
• Guarantee that activities conform to ORR policies, legal requirements, and prevention-centered goals.
• Suggest strategies for optimizing workflow, enhancing practices, creating efficiencies, and improving quality.
• A Master's degree in public administration, social services, health, education, nursing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex federal programs, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven expertise in program oversight, quality assurance, and performance management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing teams within a congregate care setting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities, with a capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Familiarity with migrant/refugee issues, especially concerning children.
• Experience in working with a refugee program.
• Previous employment in a consulting environment.
• Capability to promote and foster an equitable and inclusive organizational culture and environment.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, perspectives, and stakeholder needs.
• Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
