This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Address and resolve account challenges with customized solutions
• Develop strategic territory plans that align with mutual priorities
• Foster product demand and enhance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office associates
• Utilize market knowledge, competitive landscape insights, and cross-functional expertise to foresee opportunities and challenges
• Leverage territory data and market trends to extract local insights and bolster pull-through initiatives
• Conduct meaningful customer engagements both virtually and in person
• Lead planning sessions with key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively across functions to fulfill customer requirements
• Provide real-time access support
• Coordinate with Patient Specialty Services to guarantee a smooth customer experience
• Implement digital tools and omni-channel strategies to customize customer outreach
• Interact with customers in both virtual and face-to-face environments
• Complete all necessary initial training, including home study
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is mandatory
• Relevant experience within the past five years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically diverse sales teams or complex sales environments like medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sectors
• Demonstrated history of exceptional performance
• Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers
• Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and utilize pertinent information to resolve customer issues
• Ethical leadership with the capacity to advocate for ethical conduct and adherence to company policies and regulations
• Candidates must reside within the territory or within a feasible daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geography and to drive and/or fly within the territory
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required
• Associate level: Recently transitioned from the U.S. Military with 4+ years of military leadership experience, or limited prior sales experience
• Territory level: 2+ years of experience in a relevant industry or similarly complex sales role in the past 5 years
• Senior level: 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry or similarly complex sales role in the past 5 years
• Executive level: 10+ years of experience in a relevant industry or similarly complex sales role in the past 5 years
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions in a matrix environment
• Proficiency in effectively communicating clinical product information
• Must adhere to customer credentialing guidelines, which may necessitate COVID-19 vaccination
• The company will not sponsor visas for this position
