This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue within the designated territory.

• Interact with customers both in-person and through virtual channels.

• Create and execute business and territory call strategies.

• Identify and implement both live and virtual customer engagement tactics.

• Establish rapport and foster relationships with customers in various environments.

• Utilize digital tools to sustain customer engagement.

• Analyze internal reports and analytics to discover, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities.

• Educate healthcare providers on the value propositions of unbranded and branded products by leveraging knowledge of products and disease states.

• Utilize sanctioned clinically-oriented disease state information and patient resources.

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and further Pfizer’s objectives.

• Fulfill administrative responsibilities punctually and in compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activities; experience as a small business owner or in other entrepreneurial roles; marketing, customer service, and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific positions; educational roles; or full-time military service.

• Alternative qualification: associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience.

• Alternative qualification: high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.

• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will disqualify candidates.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.

• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.

• 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing is preferred.

• A strong history of sales or marketing achievements is preferred.

• Preferred candidates will have strong territory management abilities.

• Experience with relevant disease states, therapeutic areas, and products is preferred.

• Familiarity with customers and markets within the posted territory is preferred.

• Residency within the territory boundaries is preferred.
